How long does shipping take?

  • For US orders, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
  • For International orders, delivery typically takes 14-31 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order's journey on our dedicated Track Your Order page. Tracking information will be updated as soon as it's available and your package begins its transit.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after your order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at aziendaLDS@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether that's arranging a replacement, a refund, or a return, at no extra cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
